Create a new page in myteva to share information, news, resources, team updates, or business content with employees. PBS will create and configure the page based on approved content and requirements.

Typical Use Cases

Create a new team, department, or project page
Publish internal communications, campaigns, or announcements
Add resource hubs, knowledge pages, or landing pages
Create pages using approved templates and layouts
Configure page structure, navigation, and content blocks

Required Inputs

Before work can begin, the request must include:

Page title and purpose
Approved content (text, images, documents, links)
Target audiencePreferred page location/section in myteva
Any design, layout, or template requirements

Service Examples SLA

Create Page (Simple)
Creation of a standard page using existing templates and a small amount of content with minimal configuration.
 2-3 business days

Create Page (Medium)
Creation of a page with multiple content sections, custom layouts, several content blocks, or additional configuration.
 3-5 business days

Create Page (Complex)
Creation of pages requiring advanced layouts, extensive content population, custom requirements, integrations, multiple stakeholder reviews, or significant consultation and configuration.
 5-10 business days

 

SLA Conditions
  • SLA starts once all required content, assets, links, and implementation instructions have been provided.
  • Time awaiting stakeholder feedback, approvals, or content corrections is excluded from SLA measurement.
  • SLAs are based on standard team capacity and may be extended during periods of reduced resource availability, including vacations, public holidays, sick leave, training activities, or other unplanned absences.
  • Requests are prioritized based on business impact, urgency, and overall team workload.
  • Requests requiring custom development are outside the scope of the Create Page service and will be assessed separately.
