SLA Conditions
  • SLA starts once all required content, assets, links, and implementation instructions have been provided.
  • Time awaiting stakeholder feedback, approvals, or content corrections is excluded from SLA measurement.
  • SLAs are based on standard team capacity and may be extended during periods of reduced resource availability, including vacations, public holidays, sick leave, training activities, or other unplanned absences.
  • Requests are prioritized based on business impact, urgency, and overall team workload.
  • Requests requiring custom development are outside the scope of the Update Page service and will be assessed separately.
