SLA Conditions

SLA starts once all required content, assets, links, and implementation instructions have been provided.
Time awaiting stakeholder feedback, approvals, or content corrections is excluded from SLA measurement.
SLAs are based on standard team capacity and may be extended during periods of reduced resource availability, including vacations, public holidays, sick leave, training activities, or other unplanned absences.
Requests are prioritized based on business impact, urgency, and overall team workload.
